Your financial data stays yours.
The connection to AccountAI is read-only, to view and track your numbers, not to transfer ownership of them. We see only what is needed to advise you correctly, and we never share your information beyond the scope of our work with you. This is how the client portal will work at launch: controlled publishing, role-based access, and a tracked record for every document.
- Who can access my data?Access is role-based: the business owner sees everything for their company, an accountant sees only what is needed to upload documents, and the MIQYAS team assigned to your file sees only what is needed to advise you.
- Who reviews a report or figure before it reaches me?Nothing is published to you until MIQYAS has reviewed and approved it — controlled publishing, never raw data without review.
- Is there a record of who saw or uploaded a document?Yes, every document is tracked: who uploaded it, when, and its status (received, processing, published), so accountability is clear for every party.
- Is my data mine?Yes. Your financial data always remains yours; our role is interpretation and advisory, not ownership or control.
- Can I ask you to disconnect the link or delete any copies you hold?Yes, at any time, simply by contacting us at info@miqyas-consulting.com.
